Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller. The 24-year-old has attracted interest from a number of top clubs and was recommended to Real Madrid by Toni Kroos earlier this year.
United suffered a woeful campaign last season as they finished 15th in the Premier League table after winning just 11 of their top flight matches under Ruben Amorim and his predecessor Erik ten Hag. They showed improvements in their opening game of the new season as they hosted Arsenal on Sunday. But they ultimately suffered a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford. And Amorim is under pressure to deliver in his first full season at the helm after signing Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko earlier this summer.

United are believed to be in the market for a new goalkeeper and a new midfielder before the transfer window slams shut.
And, according to GiveMeSport, one of the midfielders on the Red Devils' shortlist is Stiller.
Internal discussions are taking place over different targets, with Stiller’s name coming up in discussions. But there are no guarantees that anything will develop.

Stiller joined Stuttgart from Hoffenheim two summers ago and has featured 82 times for his current employers, bagging five goals and 17 assists.
Last season, he started 31 Bundesliga matches as his team finished ninth in the table. He also played eight Champions League matches, with Stuttgart failing to make it beyond the group stages.
The former Bayern Munich academy player, who often plays as a deep-lying midfielder, is known for his exceptional passing abilities and was handed his international debut for Germany last September. He has gone on to play four matches for his country.

According to Marca, Kroos endorsed Stiller to Real, with Los Blancos missing out on the La Liga title to Barcelona last season. But the Spanish giants haven’t made a move for the German to date.
Liverpool have been linked with Stiller in the past, while Arsenal decided not to pursue the player’s signature before they completed a deal to sign Martin Zubimendi in July.
The arrival of Stiller would provide United with a huge boost as the club look to return to the higher echelons of English football after an extended period in the wilderness. And last month, the SentientSports AI data model suggested Stiller would be the perfect fit for the Red Devils, despite the fact he could cost the club around £52million.
